P Wilkinson Containers Company History
P. Wilkinson & Son EST. 1930
Established in the 30’s by Percy Wilkinson (then selling containers for The Metal Box Company Ltd.), this turned into a father & son company as Denis Wilkinson joined his father. Denis then grew this small partnership and moved the business into Wapping London, where it continued to expand and absorb companies such as our Manufacturing Company (William Say & Co). P. Wilkinson Containers Ltd. and William Say & Co., Ltd then relocated to its current 3 acre site south of the river Thames, in Bermondsey.
William Say & Co., Ltd manufacture tin cans for many industries and are the last of its kind in central London, for more information on this unique business please visit www.wsay.co.uk
